Meet Melissa Line

Melissa Line is a NICU registered nurse with over five years of experience caring for medically fragile newborns and their families. Prior to working in the NICU, she gained experience in pediatric ICU, pediatric home health, and adult ICU settings. These experiences shaped her into being a detail-oriented, evidence-based nurse with a strong passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care.

 

Melissa is deeply committed to helping families feel confident, informed, and heard. She believes parents are essential members of their baby’s care team and encourages families to ask questions, advocate for their loved ones, and feel empowered throughout their journey, whether in the NICU or at home.

 

She is the founder of Beyond Birth Newborn Support, a business rooted in the same values of education, empowerment, and compassionate care. Through a variety of newborn support services, Melissa helps families feel supported, well-equipped, and better-rested (no, seriously!) in the early weeks.

 

When she isn’t caring for babies and families in the NICU or through Beyond Birth Newborn Support, Melissa is at home with her own toddler and infant boys. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and embroidery.
