Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Beyond Birth Newborn Support, I understand that the postpartum period can be unpredictable. This policy is designed to be respectful of families while also honoring the time and care reserved for your support.

 

 

In-Home Support Services

Cancellations

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled shift.
     

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
     

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
     

Refunds

  • Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
     

  • Any unused prepaid hours may be refunded or credited at the discretion of Beyond Birth Newborn Support  minus any non-refundable retainer fees.
     

 

 

Packages & Prepaid Services

  • Packages are non-refundable once services have begun.
     

  • Unused hours may be applied toward future services or virtual support, subject to availability and expiration terms outlined at booking.
     

  • Packages are not transferable.
     

 

 

Virtual Consultations, Classes & Workshops

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
     

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may receive a refund or reschedule.
     

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but may be eligible for rescheduling at my discretion.
     

  • Missed virtual sessions without notice are non-refundable.
     

 

 

Illness & Emergencies

 

If illness or emergency arises for either the client or provider, I will make every reasonable effort to reschedule services. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be issued as appropriate.

 

 

Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that Beyond Birth Newborn Support must cancel a scheduled service, clients will receive the option of:

  • A full refund for the affected service, or
     

  • A rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time.
     

 

 

Non-Refundable Fees

Any booking, administrative, or consultation fees are non-refundable, as they reserve time and preparation.

 

 

A Note on Flexibility

I recognize that postpartum life doesn’t always follow a schedule. While this policy exists to protect my availability and livelihood, compassion and communication are always encouraged. Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
